About the Piece:
An exquisite, fully refurbished mid-century tallboy chest of drawers by Meredew Furniture in a rich and deeply toned, glowing walnut. Dating to the 1960s, this beautiful-looking, substantially built chest of drawers features 6 equal drawers with the original brass drop handles and is set on stylish tapered legs. This elegant set of drawers offers great storage capacity in a small footprint.
The entire frame and drawers have been sanded and refinished using Fiddes Hard Wax Oil in satin. The drawer frame, upper drawer edges and legs have been hand painted with Frenchic Loof. The front of the drawers have been finished with a single horizontal gold stripe on each drawer.
Whether in a bedroom or on display in a living room or office, these drawers are guaranteed to make a statement in any room!

As this item is hand-painted and hand-finished, it may also show faint brush marks, imperfections and texture, which I hope you agree adds to the uniqueness and character of the piece.
