I’ve painted the body in a rich forest green, then aged it with a paint wash and distressed gold stencilling. To add a touch of artistic flair and cultural richness, a captivating decoupaged African lady print adorns the front.
Layers of gold and black wax were applied to create a distinguished, aged look. Depending on the light, the piece shimmers with a subtle golden glow. The original handles have been preserved.
The calming green contact paper lining the drawers provides a soothing touch to the interior.
