I can deliver furniture items locally for free (within a 20-mile radius of Littlehampton, West Sussex).
If you are local to West Sussex or further afield, you are welcome to collect furniture items.

I currently ship within the mainland UK only. Standard shipping is £5.50. All orders* are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
*For print-on-demand decoupage papers, delivery is anticipated to be within 8 to 10 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Furniture Items – Courier
My pieces are delivered by courier and I charge a flat rate of £75 for items being delivered to the mainland UK. For the Highlands, Islands and Ireland please fill in this form before placing your order or an accurate delivery quote.
I use trusted and reliable couriers to transport my furniture pieces. When an order has been placed, I will then book a courier and pass your information to them so that they can contact you directly to arrange delivery. Couriers aim to deliver within 14 days, but this will depend on your availability.
All shipping rates quoted are for a one-man service. For large items, you will be expected to have someone available to assist the courier when they deliver. If you require a two-man service, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
If you are arranging for your own courier to collect, you must arrange collection within 7 days of your purchase date. Please ensure that the courier is suitably insured for transporting furniture and that they will pack the item. Any orders not collected within a week will be charged an extra £20 storage fee per day until collection. Once the item has been collected, I am unable to accept responsibility for any damages/losses that may occur in transit.
Return & Refund Policy
In line with distance selling regulations, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged, faulty or not as described.
Please note that bespoke and commissioned items do not fall within these guidelines and are therefore non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return costs unless damaged in transit.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund will be for the cost of the order minus delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
