This is a beautiful vintage Ravenhead candle holder from their sought-after “Flair” range, designed by the renowned Alexander Hardie Williamson. Often referred to as a “cactus vase” or “petal vase” due to its resemblance to a saguaro cactus, this piece features raised, textured “arms” encircling a rippled central well designed to hold a candle. The glass has a wonderful textured “ice effect,” adding to its visual appeal. This stunning mid-century design dates back to the 1970s and is a true testament to Ravenhead’s innovative glassmaking.
