We ship to Europe and the rest of the world. Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Important Notes:

  • Saturday, Sunday, and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

Lost in Transit Deliveries

All orders* are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery Time

Print-On-Demand Decoupage Papers

Please note that print-on-demand decoupage papers are custom-made to order and may take longer to produce. Delivery for these items is anticipated to be within 8 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Policy

Mainland UK Delivery

We offer a flat rate of £75 for delivery to mainland UK addresses. This service is provided by our trusted couriers who will handle your furniture with care.

Highlands, Islands, and Ireland Delivery

For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, and Ireland, please fill in this form before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate delivery quote.

Delivery Process

Once your order is placed, we'll arrange for a courier to contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, though the exact timeframe will depend on your availability.

Delivery Service

Our standard shipping rate includes a one-man delivery service. For larger items, please ensure someone is available to assist the courier with unloading. If you require a two-man delivery service, we can arrange this for an additional fee.

Customer-Arranged Couriers

If you prefer to use your own courier, please arrange for collection within 7 days of your purchase date. Ensure your chosen courier has adequate insurance for transporting furniture and will properly pack the item for safe transit.

Important Notes:

  • Orders not collected within 7 days will incur a £20 storage fee per day.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit if you arrange your own courier.

If you are local to West Sussex or further afield, you are welcome to collect furniture items by prior appointment.

LOCAL DELIVERY

I can deliver furniture items locally for free (within a 20-mile radius of Littlehampton, West Sussex).

If the delivery distance is between 20 miles and 45 miles, I charge a £25 delivery fee.

Anything further than 45 miles will de delivered by courier – please see below section on courier deliveries.
