Vintage Picquot Ware Tea Coffee Set 4pc 1960s Teak Handles Retro

This is a fantastic vintage Picquot Ware tea and coffee set from the 1960s. This stylish set includes four pieces: a teapot, a coffee pot, a sugar bowl, and a milk jug. Picquot Ware is renowned for its distinctive design, combining magnesium-aluminium alloy (which gives it a bright, almost silver-like appearance) with warm teak handles. This combination of materials creates a striking contrast and embodies the mid-century modern aesthetic. This set is a great example of Art Nouveau influenced English design. Each piece is marked with the Picquot Ware stamp on the base. While this set has been used and shows signs of wear, it remains a charming and serviceable set.

Condition:

This Picquot Ware set is in good used condition. The teapot has the most wear, with some staining inside and tarnishing to the outside. It will require a good clean before use. The other items have some surface scratches consistent with age and use. All pieces are serviceable and display the Picquot Ware markings. This is a good used set, not a pristine “cabinet” set.
