Vintage Hofbrauhaus Beer Stein 0.5L German Pottery Mug with Pewter Lid HB Munich

Here is a truly awesome and authentic piece of German heritage for you! This is a classic vintage stoneware beer stein from the world-famous Hofbräuhaus München, the legendary Munich beer hall established in 1589. It’s the perfect gift for any beer lover or a fantastic statement piece for your own home bar.

Features:

• Authentic Branding: The stein proudly features the iconic ‘HB’ (Hofbräuhaus) logo and crown, crisply rendered in a striking cobalt blue against the traditional grey salt-glaze.
• Quality Materials: Crafted from durable, salt-glazed stoneware, this type of mug is known as a ‘Keferloher’. This traditional finish isn’t just for looks; its slightly textured surface helps keep beer carbonated for longer, while the stoneware itself provides excellent insulation to keep your drink cool.
• Ornate Pewter Lid: The stein is topped with a hinged pewter (Zinn) lid, designed to keep your brew fresh and uninvited pests out! The top is beautifully embossed with “HOFBRAUHAUS MÜNCHEN Seit 1589”. The underside bears the maker’s mark “ERBO ZINN”, a known German pewter artisan.
