This charming vintage blue soup bowl or cup, made by the renowned John Pottery in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, is a delightful piece of British pottery from the 1960s/70s. The bowl is crafted from earthenware and features a rich blue glaze. A distinctive reeded pattern encircles the body of the bowl, adding a touch of texture and visual interest. The single handle makes it easy to hold and enjoy warm soups, stews, or other comforting dishes. John Pottery operated until 1975, dating this piece to before then.
