This unique and quirky vintage Queen Anne-style dressing table and stool have been lovingly restored and refurbished, ready for their new forever home. The combination of the gorgeous mahogany top, deep blue paint colour and quirky pink drawer fronts will add a luxurious feel to the room.

Description

This unique and quirky vintage Queen Anne-style dressing table and stool have been lovingly restored and refurbished, ready for their new forever home.

The beautiful mahogany on the top of the dressing table has been carefully sanded and oiled to bring out the grain. Two coats of Osmo Polyx Hard Wax Oil have been applied to the top, which is resistant to water and dirt and is very durable, and smoothens wood surfaces.

The body and sleek cabriole legs of the dressing table/vanity have been hand-painted using Frenchic in the shade Hornblower. The body and legs have been finished with two coats of varnish to protect the finish and make it more durable. The same process has been used for the legs and body of the stool.

The drawer fronts have been covered in a luxury Muck N Brass wallpaper, ChiMiricle Pink, which features a mythical, botanical garden design. The drawer edges have been painted with Cornish Milk Mineral Paint in the shade Thrift, a dark and bold pink. The drawer fronts have been protected with varnish. Gold drawer handles featuring parrots, leopards and monkeys have been added to compliment the design of the piece.

With one large central drawer and two smaller drawers in a serpentine shape on each side, this dressing table has excellent storage and looks great from all angles.

The stool seat has been reupholstered using Muck N Brass ChiMiricle Pink fabric to compliment the dressing table.

The combination of the gorgeous mahogany top, deep blue paint colour and quirky pink drawer fronts will add a luxurious feel to the room.
