This is a stunning and rare example of Aynsley’s “Orchard Gold” pattern. This large cabinet plate showcases a beautiful and vibrant fruit design, typical of the pattern, featuring an array of fruits such as peaches, pears, grapes, and blackberries against a soft, autumnal backdrop. The plate is made of fine English bone china and is richly decorated with a gadrooned gold edge and other gilt details. This particular piece dates back to the 1950s. A removable disc plate hanger is attached to the back for easy display. This plate is a true collector’s item and would make a wonderful addition to any display cabinet or collection of fine china.
