Characterised by its incredibly vibrant hand-painted blue and green swirling design, this piece embodies the distinctive artistry of the Granadina style, often known as Fajalauza ceramics, which originates from the 16th century in Granada, Spain, and is known for its naturalistic motifs like birds, flowers, fruits, and pomegranates.

Condition: This plate is presented in good vintage condition. There is light wear consistent with age and gentle use, including minor surface scratches which add to its authentic vintage charm. Please note there is some discolouration to the underside of the ceramic, which is typical of older handmade pieces and does not detract from its beauty or functionality.
